Mushroom Omelette :

Mushroom seems to be one of those things people either hate or love.This omelette is delicious, simple and healthy by using button mushroom.

Ingredients : 


  1. Mushroom                        - 5 to 6 pcs
  2. Egg                                  - 2
  3. Onion                               - 1 (Finely chopped)
  4. Tomato                             - 1 (Finely chopped)
  5. Green chilli                       - 1 (Finely chopped)
  6. Pepper powder                   - 1 tsp
  7. Turmeric powder               - 1 tsp
  8. oil                                    - 2 tsp
  9. Few Curry leaves
  10. Salt to Taste

Method :

Take all the Ingredients
Crack the egg into the mixing bowl and beat the eggs nicely and add a pinch of salt and pepper
Mix all The Ingredients
Heat the pan with 1 tsp oil and pour the eggs in and leave it alone until the bottom set
Cover it for one min.and turn on the omelette 
Serve it
