Amla / Gooseberry / Nelikkai Juice

Amla or Gooseberry Juice is easy to make and healthy too. Amla is the richest natural source of vitamin C. Having a amla juice is the best way to your body to absorb nutrients .
Amla Juice

Ingredients :


  1. Amla / Goosebeery  - 5 to 6 pcs
  2. Cumin / Jeera - 1 tsp
  3. Ginger - small pc

Method:
Take all the Ingredients

The fresh fruit roughly about 5 to 6 amla can be cut into rough sized pices.

In a blender put all the ingredients
Blended a smooth pulp and Extract the juice

Ready to drink
