Broccoli Masala Recipe:

Broccoli is known to be hearty and tasty vegetable which is rich in dozens of nutrients. it is said to pack the most nutritional punch of any vegetable.


Broccoli masala

Ingredients:

  1. Broccoli - 1 cup
  2. Red, Green , Yellow Capsicum - 1 cup
  3. Onion - 1 Finely chopped
  4. Tomato - 1 Finely chopped
  5. Garlic Cloves - 3 Finely chopped
  6. Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  8. Cumin / Jeera Powder - 1/2 tsp
  9. Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
  10. Oil - 2 tsp
  11. Salt to taste





Method :

Take all the ingredients

Heat oil in a pan

Add onions and garlic saute it for 1 min 

Add the tomatoes saute it till turn mushy

Add the spice powders

Mix it well

Add the capsicum

Saute it for 2 min

Add the broccoli

Add some water and salt

Cover the lid for 5 to 10 min, till the water absorb 

Stir it well & turn off the flame

Broccoli masala is ready to serve
