A quick, easy and light potato dish......
Ingredients :
- Boiled Potatoes - 1 cup
- Jeera - 2 tsp
- Fennel - 1/4 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Urad dal - 1/4 tsp
- Red chilly Powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method :
- Boil the potatoes
- Peel the boiled potatoes and cut them into cubes
- Heat oil in a pan
- Add the mustard seeds, urad dal, cumin seeds and fennel seeds. saute until they crackle
- Now stir the red chilly powder and turmeric powder for a min
- Add the potato cubes and salt and mix it well
- Mix the whole mixture for a min
- Serve the potatoes hot.
