Channa Soup |
Ingredients :
- Boiled Channa (With water) - 1 cup
- Onion - 1
- Tomato - 1
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Milk - 1/2 cup (or) Corn Flour - 1 tsp ( Dilute with water)
- Few Curry leaves
- Salt to taste
Method :
Soak the channa overnight ,pressure cook the channa next day with salt. Using this water for making this soup. |
In Boiled channa add all the ingedients |
Add Pepper Powder |
Allow it to boil for 10 mins |
Add 1/2 cup of milk |
Boil another 5 mins |
Serve it hot. |
