Schezwan Idly Upma

Ingredients :
- Left over idly - 4
- Onion - 1 medium size
- Green chilly - 1 finely chopped
- Capsicum - 1/4 cup finely chopped
- Schezwan Sauce - 1 tbsp
- Few coriander leaves
- Butter - 1 tbsp
Method :
- Crumble the left over idlies coarsely and set aside
- Heat butter in a pan, before butter melts add chopped onions, saute it for 1 min.
- Then add capsicums, chopped green chilly and saute it well.
- Add 1 tbsp of schezwan sauce mix it well with little water, stir it for few sec.
- Then add the crumbled idlies and mix well to combine.
- Finally add chopped coriander leaves and turn off the flame.
- Serve hot.
