Beetroot Poori :

A Tasty & Healthy Beetroot Poori.....



Ingredients :

  1. Wheat Flour - 2 cup
  2. Beetroot Juice - 1 1/2 cup
  3. Sooji / Rava / Semolina - 2 tsp
  4. Oil - 2 tsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Water as Required

Note :

  1. Semolina / rava will helps poori more crispy like in hotels.
  2. Fry the poori in high flame. Don't reduce the flame.

Method:

  1. Mix salt, Semolina / Rava, Beetroot juice to the flour & add water.
  2. Knead to make a tight dough.
  3. Cover with a cloth for 5 min & keep aside to rest.
  4. Knead the dough again & divide the dough in equal small round balls.
  5. Roll the ball with the roll pin to make a small poori.
  6. Deep fry in hot oil & press with a spoon to puff the poori.
  7. Serve hot.
