Simple curd rice...
Ingredients:
- Curd - 2 cup
- Boiled rice - 2 cups
- Grated carrot - 3 tsp
- Coriander leaves - 3 tsp
- Ginger - 1/2 pc finely chopped
- Green chilly - 1 finely chopped
- Mustard seeds / urad dal - 1 tsp
- Jeera - 1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Few curry leaves
Method:
- In a bowl , add 2 cups of curd and whisk it well
- Heat oil in pan, add mustard seeds once its splutter add urad dal, jeera,ginger, green chilly and curry leaves.
- Turn off the flame
- In a curd add carrot,coriander leaves and tempered items
- Mix it well
- Now add the boiled rice to curd and salt. mix it well
- Serve with pickle
