It is Healthy and nutritious recipe... It will helps for who have joint pain problem...
Ingredients:
- Mudakathan keerai - 2 cups
- Green chilly - 5 to 8
- Jeera - 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
To Grind:
- In a blender, add green chillies, jeera, keerai and some water
- Grind it in to smooth paste
To Mix:
- Idly/dosa Batter OR
- Rice flour Batter OR
Step : 3
- Idly rice - 500gm, urad dal - 50 gm, Fenugreek seeds 3/4 tsp Soak it for 2 to 3 hours
- Grind the Rice and make a paste
- Second grind the urad dal,fenugreek seeds and keerai and make a smooth paste
- Mix both batter well
- Cover it and set aside for 5 to 6 hours.
- Then use the batter
Method:
- In a blender, add green chilies, jeera, keerai and some water
- Grind it in to smooth paste.
- Mix the paste into Rice flour batter and add some salt
- Mix it well.Leave it for 15min
- Then heat dosa tawa and spread a thin or thick dosa
- Drizzle 1/2 oil and cook for sometimes till its turn golden brown
- Flip the dosa and cook again
- Remove and serve hot with chutneys
