Baked Coconut milk fish recipe......
Ingredients :
- Fish - 3 pcs (use any kind of fish)
- Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric paste - 1/4 tsp
- Coconut milk - 1 cup
- Salt to taste
Fish :
- Clean and cut the fish
- Marinate with 1/4 tsp turmeric powder and little salt
- Rest it for 5 to 7 min
Total time for cooking : 5 min
Preparation time : 10 min
Marinate for : 1 hour
Method :
- Clean and cut the fish
- Marinate the fish with 1/4 tsp turmeric powder and little salt
- Rest it for 5 to 7 min
- Then, apply red chilly powder and salt
- Take 5 to 6 tsp of coconut milk and apply to the fish
- In a small bowl, add 1/2 cup of coconut milk and put the marinate fish in the milk
- Rest it for 1 hour or 30 mins
- Heat 6 to 7 tsp of coconut milk in a pan for a min
- Cook the fish in medium flame
- Then put the marinated fish in the pan
- Cover and cook for 5 mins for both the sides
- Then turn off the flame
- Serve hot
