Chilly Flakes : Method - 1

How to make homemade chilly flakes...It is very simple and easy to make...


Ingredients :

  1. Kashmir Red chilly - 10 to 15 
  2. Garlic cloves - 5
  3. Jeera/ Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
  4. Curry leaves - 5

Method :

  1. In a pan, Add all the ingredients dry roast everything for 5 to 7 min
  2. Then turn off the flame, let's cool down completely
  3. In a blender, grind all the ingredients for 3 to 5 seconds
  4. Store it in air tight bottle
Total time for preparation : 15 min

1.  Take all the ingredients

 2. Heat a pan , add the jeera, garlic and curry leaves saute for min in a medium flame

3. Then add the Kashmir red chilly, saute it for 5 to 7 min

4. In a blender, put all the roasted items

5. Grind it for 3 to 5 seconds

6. Like this

7. Store in the air tight container
