Ingredients :
- Left over idly - 4 - 5
- Tawa Idly podi - 2 tbsp OR Idly podi - 2 tbsp
- Onion - 1 chopped
- Butter - 1 tbsp
- Few chopped coriander leaves
Method:
- Heat butter in tawa.
- When butter melts, add chopped onion saute it for a min.
- Then add tawa idly powder and chopped coriander leaves and saute it for 2 mins.
- Add idly on top of this, cook it on both sides with masala and switch off the flame.
- Serve with coconut chutney.
