Simple Egg Fry :

       Eggs are delicious and simple recipe.There are different ways in which to fry them. This egg fry is very easy to cook and tasty to eat and it will will nicely combined to plain rice with rasam and chapati.  
Egg fry

Ingredients :


  1. Boiled Eggs                       - 3
  2. Onion                                - 2 finely chopped
  3. Tomato                             - 1 chopped
  4. Green chilly                       -1
  5. Mustard                            - 1/2 tsp
  6. Oil                                    - 2 tbsp
  7. Pepper                              - 1/2 tsp
  8. Few Curry leaves 
  9. Few Coriander leaves
  10. Salt to taste


Method :


Take all the Ingredients

Heat oil in a Pan and add some mustard seeds
Add some curry leaves
Add onion fry till it turns brown color
Add chopped tomatoes and green chillies fry for two min

Cut the eggs into half
Add the boiled eggs
Fry it for 2 mins and Add some salt
Add finely chopped coriander leaves
Finally Add 1 sp black pepper powder
 Egg fry is ready
Serve it with plain rice and rasam
