Moong dal dosa is an south Indian dosa recipe. This is very Healthy and nutritious food.
Ingredients :
- Moong dal / Pacha Payaru - 1 cup ( Soak it in overnight )
- Kondakadalai / Black Channa - 1 cup ( Soak it in overnight )
- Idly Rice or Rice Flour - 1 cup
- Small onion or Big Onion (1) - 10 - 15
- Green Chilly - 2
- Oil
- Water for Grinding
- Salt to taste
Method :
Take the Ingredients |
Soak in water for overnight |
Take Onion, Green chilies, salt and water |
Take 1 cup of rice |
In jar First Grind the Rice , Pacha paeru and Channa. While Grinding add some water Don't add too much of water. |
Then Grind The Onion . Chilli and Salt |
Heat the Tawa , Take a laddle full of dosa and spread it |
Turn the dosa |
Serve it with chutney |
