Ingredients :
- Carrot, beans - 1 cup
- Onion - 1 finely chopped
- Green chilly - 1 finely chopped
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
- Oil - 1 tsp
- Few curry leaves
- Salt to taste
Method :
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, urad dal,curry leaves and let it splutter.
- Now add the onion and saute it till it is slightly brown
- Then add the carrot, beans and required salt. Saute it for 2 mins
- Then add little water and cook covered till it turns soft and raw smell goes
- Cook in low medium flame till moisture is absorbed
- Finally give a saute and switch off.
