Dry Fish/ Nethili / Karuvadu Fry Recipe:
Here is an authentic south Indian recipe for see food lovers...It is very easy to prepare with less ingredients..
Method :
Ingredients:
- Dry fish / Nethili ( use any kind of dry fish) - 1 cup
- Chilli powder - 1tsp
- Green Chilly paste - 1tsp
- Rice flour or Corn Flour - 2tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Few curry Leaves
- Salt to Taste
Method :
Take all the Ingredients |
Soak the dry fish in water for 30 min then wash the Dry fish |
Mix the dry fish in spices |
Marinate for 10min |
Heat oil in a pan |
Put the marinate dry fish in a oil and cook them in medium flame |
