This recipe is so simple to make with few ingredients....

Rice cheese balls
Cooking Time : 10 mins
Ingredients :
- Boiled rice - 2 cups
- Cheese - 1 cup
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Corn Starch - 1 tbsp
- Bread Crumbs - 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Oil - for deep frying
Method :
- In a Mixing bowl, add boiled rice, cheese, pepper powder and salt. smash it well with your hands. ( DON'T ADD WATER WHILE MIXING)
- Prepare like a dough and make a small balls in it.
- In a small cup, dilute the corn starch with water and make thin batter.
- Keep ready bread crumbs and corn starch mixture.
- Now dip the ball in corn starch water and roll them in bread crumbs nicely.
- Do the procedure for all the balls and set aside.
- Now heat oil in a kadai in medium flame.
- Now add the rice balls one by one in hot oil.
- Cook in low medium flame.
- Once rice cheese balls turn golden brown color, remove it from the oil.
- Now ready to serve.
