Mushroom Dosa :

Dosa is a traditional south Indian breakfast recipe. There are many variations of enjoying this dosa and one among them would be the mushroom masala dosa where the crispy dosa is covered with spicy masala.

Ingredients :


  1. Dosa batter                     - 1 cup
  2. Mushroom                     - 5 to 6 pcs
  3. Onion                            - 1 (Finely chopped)
  4. Tomato                          -1 (Finely chopped)
  5. Garlic                            -2 pcs (Finely chopped)
  6. Ginger                           - 1 small pc(Finely chopped)
  7. Turmeric powder            - 1/2 tsp
  8. Chilly Powder                - 1 tsp
  9. Pepper powder                - 1/2 tsp
  10. Oil
  11. Curry leaves
  12. Salt to taste

Method :

Take all the ingredients 

Heat the kadai,add the ginger, garlic and curry leaves
Fry onion for 2min
Add mushroom fry it for 1min
Add tomato, chilli powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder and salt.saute it for 5min
Mushroom gravy ready
Heat the dosa tawa, take a laddle full of dosa batter and spread it circular thinner and drizzle oil
Take 2 tsp of masala stuffing and place it in the center

Fold the dosa both the ends
Crispy Mushroom dosa ready
Serve it hot
