Fish fry is a delicious Indian recipe. This fish fry is just like that, a fish millet is first marinated with Indian spices and then fried.
Fish is a really nutritious food, rich in protein,vitamins and minerals.
Ingredients :
- Fish - 10 pcs
- Chilly powder - 3 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper - 1 tsp
- Corn flour - 1 tbsp
- Oil - 3 tsp
- Salt to taste
- little water

Take all the spice powders |

Mix all the ingredients with 1 tsp oil, (oil will nicely coated with fish) |

Sprinkle some water and mix it |

Apply the masala to the fish and live it for 2 hours
