Dumbala karam....Its goes well with sambar rice , rasam rice and curd rice...
Ingredients:
- Baby potatoes - 10 - 15
- Chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Rice flour - 1 tsp
- Gram flour - 1 1/2 tsp
- Lemon - 10 - 15 drops
- Ginger garlic paste
- Green chilly - 1 finely chopped
- Few curry leaves - finely chopped
- Salt to taste
To Fry :
Method:
- Take baby potatoes peel off the skin
- In boil water add the baby potatoes, boil for 5 to 7 min
- Now filter the potato in water add ginger garlic paste,green chilies, curry leaves turmeric powder, chilly powder, rice flour, gram flour ,salt and sprinkle some water and mix it well.
- Finally add the lemon juice and mix it well once again
- Heat oil in kadai, now add the marinated potatoes in oil , fry till it becomes brown in color
- Now fry the onion and green chilly in pan and add into the potatoes
- Toss it well
- Serve it hot
