Fry Fish Pickle / Karuvaddu Achar is a spicy and extremely tasty dry fish pickle for all the pickle lovers. Let's see with step bu step pictures....

Dry fish Pickle |
Ingredients:
- Dry Fish / Sardine fish/ Karuvaddu - 1 cup
- Garlic - 10 pcs ( smashed)
- Green chilly - 1p pcs
- Ginger garlic paste - 1tsp
- Tamarind paste - 2tsp
- Vinegar - 3/4 cup
- Mustard seeds - 1tsp
- Few curry leaves
- Salt to Taste
- Oil as required

For Dry Roast and Grind:
- Red chilly - 10 nos
- Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Note:
- Store in an airtight container when it cool down completely. Use it after at least 2 weeks for the flavors to set in. Refrigerate if you want to keep it for long.

Add some water , allow to boil for 5min |
