Ingredients :
- Wheat flour - 2 cup
- Water - 2/3 cup
- Oil - 2tsp
- Milk - 2tsp ( Optional) / Adding milk the chapati make more softer
- Salt to taste
Method :
Combine the flour and salt in large mixing bowl |
Then add 2 tsp oil, slowly add the water, then gradually increase the water. and gather the flour together to make a moist dough |
Knead well , folding and pushing until the dough is pliable |
Keep closed aside 15 - 20 min |
And divide the dough in small size ball |
Apply the flour in both sides of the dough |
Roll out the ball of the dough evenly to a thin texture into a circular shape |
Heat a tawa, put the chapati pour 1 tsp of oil |
Chapati cook about 30 sec or 1 min on the second side |
while turning the second side of the chapati ,slowly it will puff |
Remove from the heat |
Ready to serve |
