Mudakathan keerai / Cardiospermum Dosai :

It is Healthy and nutritious recipe... It will helps for who have joint pain problem...


Ingredients:

  1. Mudakathan keerai - 2 cups
  2. Green chilly - 5 to 8 
  3. Jeera - 2 tsp
  4. Salt to taste

To Grind:

  1. In a blender, add green chillies, jeera, keerai and some water
  2. Grind it in to smooth paste

To Mix:

  1. Idly/dosa Batter   OR
  2. Rice flour Batter  OR

Step : 3

  1. Idly rice - 500gm, urad dal - 50 gm, Fenugreek seeds  3/4 tsp Soak it for 2 to 3 hours
  2. Grind the Rice and make a paste
  3. Second grind the urad dal,fenugreek seeds and keerai and make a smooth paste
  4. Mix both batter well
  5. Cover it and set aside for 5 to 6 hours.
  6. Then use the batter

Method:

  1. In a blender, add green chilies, jeera, keerai and some water
  2. Grind it in to smooth paste.
  3. Mix the paste into Rice flour batter and add some salt
  4. Mix it well.Leave it for 15min
  5. Then heat dosa tawa and spread a thin or thick dosa
  6. Drizzle 1/2 oil and cook for sometimes till its turn golden brown
  7. Flip the dosa and cook again 
  8. Remove and serve hot with chutneys
