Spicy fish curry...Lets see step by step pictures....
Ingredients :
- Fish - 2 pcs ( Any kind of fish )
- Onion - 1
- Big Tomato - 1
- Red chilly powder - 1 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method :
- Clean the fish well
- Marinate the fish with turmeric and 1 tsp of vinegar and keep it aside
- Sliced the onions and chopped the tomatoes
- Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan or kadai or tawa
- Put the fish in oil and fry in low medium flame
- Turn over the fish on both sides and cook it well
- Now remove the fish from the oil and keep it aside
- In same pan, add the sliced onions cook for 1 min
- Then add the chopped tomatoes, cook till it become soft and mushy
- Now add all the spice powders and salt
- Cook for 2 mins
- Now add the fried fish into the curry and cook in low flame
- Slowly turn over the fish and cook for 1 min
- Now turn off the flame
- Serve hot with rice
