Bhuna Egg Dosa Recipe :

Spicy and tasty bhuna egg dosa.....

Cooking Time : 5 Mins
Cuisine : Indian

Ingredients :

  1. Idly / Dosa Batter - 1 cup
  2. Bhuna Masala -  1 tbsp
  3. Egg - 1 
  4. Onion - 1 ( Finely chopped)
  5. Few coriander leaves

Method:

  1. Heat dosa pan and take a ladle full of dosa batter and spread it thickly in circle shape.
  2. You can make the dosa either thick or thin .
  3. Drizzle oil or ghee and cook in low medium flame.
  4. Take 1 tbsp of Bhuna Masala and spread it thickly in circle shape.
  5. And break the one egg and spread over the dosa.
  6. Now add the finely chopped onion and coriander leaves.
  7. Apply some oil to the edges.
  8. When dosa cooked dosa both side, remove it from the flame.
  9. Serve hot.
