Noodles soup - Left over Noodles or pasta stock - soup recipe :

Noodles soup by using left over noodles stock .....

Ingredients :

  1. Noodles or pasta stock - 1 cup
  2. Pepper powder - 1 tsp
  3. Corn flakes - 1/4 cup

Method : How to Cook Noodles :

  1. Boil plenty of water in a large pan with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  2. Add the pasta to the boiling water by adding a few strands or one sheet of pasta at a time.
  3. Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally and gently until the pasta is tender. 
  4. Cooking times may vary with the size and the thickness of the pasta.
  5. Very small pasta (like macaroni, fusilli, conchiglie, penne) may cook in 5 to 7 minutes.
  6. Larger shapes (like spaghetti, fettuccine, dried lasagne sheets) may require 10 to 12 minutes.
  7. Immediately drain the cooked pasta into a sieve or a colander. 
  8. Transfer to a bowl of cold water to refresh it. 
  9. Drain again and keep aside.
  10. If the pasta is not to be used immediately, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to it and toss it.

Method for soup :

  1. Filter the noodles or pasta, keep the stock in pan with some noodles or pasta.
  2. Lets boil in simmer mode, for 2 - 3 mins.
  3. Stir the stock in clockwise direction, until thick conistency.( It took 1 min)
  4. Now add the pepper powder and turn off the flame.
  5. While serving soup add fried corn flakes ans serve hot.
