Ingredients:
- Broccoli - 1 cup
- Red, Green , Yellow Capsicum - 1 cup
- Onion - 1 Finely chopped
- Tomato - 1 Finely chopped
- Garlic Cloves - 3 Finely chopped
- Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin / Jeera Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method :
Take all the ingredients |
Heat oil in a pan |
Add onions and garlic saute it for 1 min |
Add the tomatoes saute it till turn mushy |
Add the spice powders |
Mix it well |
Add the capsicum |
Saute it for 2 min |
Add the broccoli |
Add some water and salt |
Cover the lid for 5 to 10 min, till the water absorb |
Stir it well & turn off the flame |
Broccoli masala is ready to serve |
