Delicious Kerala Kappa Masala Recipe...
Ingredients:
- Tapioca / Kappa / Maravazhi kizhangu - 1 cup
- Shallots - 10 - 15 pcs
- Red Chilly - 3 Finely chopped
- Green Chilly -3 Finely chopped
- Grated Coconut- 1/2 cup
- Mustrad seeds /Urad dal - 1/2tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Oil - 3 tsp
- Few Curry Leaves
- Salt to Taste
Method:
Take all the Ingredients |
Cut the tapioca into small pieces |
Boil the Tapioca with salt and turmeric till it becomes soft |
Remove the tapioca, from the water and smash it well |
Like this |
Heat oil in kadai, Splutter mustard seeds then add urad dal, curry leaves, red chilly and green chilly and saute it well |
Add the shallots and saute it for a min |
Then add the tapioca and mix it well |
Saute it for 5 min |
Add the grated coconut |
Stir it well and turn off the flame |
Delicious Tapioca is ready to serve |
