Baked Coconut milk fish recipe......


Ingredients :

  1. Fish - 3 pcs (use any kind of fish)
  2. Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
  3. Turmeric paste - 1/4 tsp
  4. Coconut milk - 1 cup
  5. Salt to taste 

Fish :

  1. Clean and cut the fish
  2. Marinate with 1/4 tsp turmeric powder and little salt 
  3. Rest it for 5 to 7 min
Total time for cooking : 5 min
Preparation time : 10 min
Marinate for : 1 hour

Method :

  1. Clean and cut the fish
  2. Marinate the fish with 1/4 tsp turmeric powder and little salt 
  3. Rest it for 5 to 7 min
  4. Then, apply red chilly powder and salt 
  5. Take 5 to 6 tsp of coconut milk and apply to the fish
  6. In a small bowl, add 1/2 cup of coconut milk and put the marinate fish in the milk
  7. Rest it for 1 hour or 30 mins
  8. Heat 6 to 7 tsp of coconut milk in a pan for a min
  9. Cook the fish in medium flame
  10. Then put the marinated fish in the pan
  11. Cover and cook for 5 mins for both the sides 
  12. Then turn off the flame
  13. Serve hot
