2. Heat a pan , add the jeera, garlic and curry leaves saute for min in a medium flame
3. Then add the Kashmir red chilly, saute it for 5 to 7 min
4. In a blender, put all the roasted items
5. Grind it for 3 to 5 seconds

Ingredients :
- Kashmir Red chilly - 10 to 15
- Garlic cloves - 5
- Jeera/ Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Curry leaves - 5
Method :
- In a pan, Add all the ingredients dry roast everything for 5 to 7 min
- Then turn off the flame, let's cool down completely
- In a blender, grind all the ingredients for 3 to 5 seconds
- Store it in air tight bottle
Total time for preparation : 15 min
