Chilly Flakes : Method - 2

How to make homemade chilly flakes...It is very simple and easy to make...

Ingredients :

  • Kashmir Red chilly - 10 to 15 

Method :

  1. In a pan, dry roast Kashmir Red chilly for 5 to 7 min
  2. Then turn off the flame, let's cool down completely
  3. Remove the seeds, from the chilly
  4. In a blender, grind the Kashmir Red chilly for 3 to 5 seconds
  5. Then mix the seeds and red chilly flakes 
  6. Store it in air tight bottle
Total time for preparation : 15 min

1.  Take the Kashmir Red chilly

2. Heat a pan, put the Kashmir Red chilly and roast for 5 to 7 min

3. Then remove the seeds from the chilly



4. Keep the seeds separately

5. In a blender, grind the Kashmir Red chilly for 3 to 5 seconds

6. Like this

7. Then mix the seeds and red chilly flakes
