To make any type of frosting, royal icing, macaroons , there's one essential ingredient which is icing sugar/ confectioners sugar. Here's the easy way of making your own icing sugar at home.....
2. In a blender, first put the sugar
3. Make a smooth paste, then add 1 tbsp corn starch / flour
4. Again grind it for 5 to 7 seconds
5. Icing sugar is ready
Ingredients :
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Corn starch/flour - 1 tsp
Method :
- In a blender, put the sugar and make a fine powder
- Once sugar is powdered ,add the corn starch
- And again give one or two pulses to make corn starch is well combined with powdered sugar
- Icing sugar is ready
