Cumin, jeera, serekam, zeera powder....
Method :
- Dry roast the cumin seed till you notice a strong aroma.
- Roast in medium flame
- It took 5 to 7 mins
- Cool down completely
- Grind to a fine powder
How to store :
- Cumin seeds or cumin powder should be kept in tightly glass containers
- Keep it for 2 to 3 months
