Pizza prepared on tawa is as delicious as prepared as oven....NO OVEN, NO YEAST, NO MAIDA..
Homemade Pizza
Rest it for 30 min to 1 hour
2. Mix the the wheat flour ,gradually pour the water and knead into soft dough.
3. Take some oil and knead the dough to make it smooth.Rest it for 30 min to 1 hour
4. Roll the dough in desired shape. Then heat a pan, put the dough cook for 2 min in low flame.And turn over another side, cover and cook for 2 to 3 min in medium flame
5.Now open the lid and turn off the flame and Garnish pizza with toppings
6. Cover the pizza and cook for 5 to 8 min on medium flame until cheese gel melted and the lower side gets little brown.
7. Remove from the flame
8. Cut the pizza and serve it hot
Ingredients :
- Wheat flour - 200 gm (1 cup) or All purpose flour/ Maida - 1 cup
- Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- Baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil or vegetable oil - 2 to 3 tsp
For toppings :
- Grated paneer - 1/4 cup ( optional)
- Red, yellow,green capsicum - 1/2 cup
- Sliced onion - 1/2
- Tomatoes - 1
- Cheese - 1/2 cup
- Pasta sauce - 3 tbsp
OR
For Sauce :
- Chilly sauce
- Tomato sauce
- Sweet chilly sauce
- Red chilly sauce
- Vinegar
Or
- Tomato sauce
- Red chilly sauce
- Vinegar
Replacing the yeast :
- Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- Baking powder - 1/4 tsp
Total time for Preparation : 15 min
Total time for Cooking : 15 minHomemade Pizza

Method :
- In a bowl, combine milk,baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar.mix it well
- Finally, add oil and mix it well
- Mix the the wheat flour ,gradually pour the water and knead into soft dough.
- Take some oil and knead the dough to make it smooth
- Cover the dough tightly and Rest it for 30 min to 1 hour
- Then punch the dough, cut into half and roll them into thick or thin sheet
- Roll the dough in desired shape
- Heat a pan, put the dough cook for 2 min in low flame
- And turn over another side, cover and cook for 2 to 3 min in medium flame
- Now open the lid and turn off the flame
- Garnish pizza with toppings
- First layer the sauce and place the grated paneer, onions, capsicum and tomato on the pizza
- Sprinkle the cheese as well
- Cover the pizza and cook for 5 to 8 min on medium flame until cheese gel melted and the lower side gets little brown.
- Keep checking every 2 min
- Once cheese melted turn off the flame
- Serve it hot
