A green mint and coriander flavored chutney which is great for sandwich spreads. Mint adds freshness to this chutney. green chutney is probably the most favorite Indian accompaniment. Crispy samosas, dhoklas , dahi vada, dahi puri etc. are considered incomplete without this chutney. The chutney can be stored refrigerated for up-to a week.

Chaat Green Chutney
Cooking time : 5 mins
Ingredients :
- Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
- Mint leaves - 1/2 cup
- Garlic cloves - 2
- Ginger - 1 small pc
- Mango - 10 small pcs
- Ice cubes - 8
- Salt to taste
Method :
- Clean mint and coriander leaves,remove the root part and wash it well.
- Chop the mango and and aside.
- Mango will give nice flavor to the chutney.
- Ice cubes will give thick green color.
- Grind all the ingredients mentioned above along with coriander and mint leaves to make a smooth chutney.
- Add little water while grinding as needed but the chutney should be a little thick in consistency
- Transfer to a clean container and refrigerate it until use.
