Chaat Green Chutney recipe :

A green mint and coriander flavored chutney which is great for sandwich spreads. Mint adds freshness to this chutney. green chutney is probably the most favorite Indian accompaniment. Crispy samosas, dhoklas , dahi vada, dahi puri etc. are considered incomplete without this chutney. The chutney can be stored refrigerated for up-to a week.

Chaat Green Chutney
Cooking time : 5 mins
Cuisine : Indian

Ingredients :

  1. Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
  2. Mint leaves - 1/2 cup
  3. Garlic cloves - 2
  4. Ginger - 1 small pc
  5. Mango - 10 small pcs
  6. Ice cubes - 8
  7. Salt to taste

Method :

  1. Clean mint and coriander leaves,remove the root part and wash it well.
  2. Chop the mango and and aside.
  3. Mango will give nice flavor to the chutney.
  4. Ice cubes will give thick green color.
  5. Grind all the ingredients mentioned above along with coriander and mint leaves to make a smooth chutney.
  6. Add little water while grinding as needed but the chutney should be a little thick in consistency
  7. Transfer to a clean container and refrigerate it until use.
