Ingredients :
- Snake Gourd/ Pudalangai - 2
- Onion - 2 (Finely chopped)
- Green chilly -2 (Finely chopped)
- Bengal gram / Kadalai Paruppu - 2 tsp ( Soaked in water for 20 mins)
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Water
- Salt to taste
For Tempering :
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
- Fennel Seeds - 1tsp
- Few curry Leaves
Method:

| Heat oil in pan, add mustard seeds, when it is splutters, add fennel seeds and curry leaves |

| Add Bengal gram fry it for 1 min |

| Add Chopped onion fry it for 2mins |

| Add Snake gourd pieces saute it for 2 mins |

| Add 1/2 glass water , don't add too much , lets boil for 10 - 15 mins. |
