| Kerala Chicken Korma |
Ingredients:
- Chicken - 1cup
- Onion - 2 Finely chopped
- Tomato - 2 Finely chopped
- Cococnut paste - 1/2 cup
- Green chilly - 5 finely chopped
- Ginger - Garlic paste - 2 tsp
- Mustard seeds / Urad dal - 1 tsp
- Few curry leaves
- Salt to taste
- Oil - 3 tsp
For Marinate :
- Chicken - 1 cup
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Curd - 4 tsp
- Pepper Powder - 2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method:

| Take the chicken |

| Add curd and pepper powder |

| Add coriander powder, mix it well |

| Marinate the chicken , keep aside for 15min |

| Heat oil in a pan, add onions, green chilly and ginger garlic paste and saute it well |

| Now add the marinate chicken and tomatoes , saute it for 2 min |

| Add the coconut paste and stir it well |

| Add enough water and salt. let boil for 10 - 15 min |

| Serve with white rice or Appam |
