Method  :

• Dry roast the fennel/ sombu seed till you notice a strong aroma.
• Roast in medium flame
• It took 5 to 7 mins
• Cool down completely
• Then Grind to a fine powder

How to store :

• Fennel powder should be kept in tightly glass containers
• Keep it for 2 to 3 months
