Healthy dahi channa chaat .....

Dahi Channa Chaat - Black Kondakadalai Chaat recipe
Cooking time : 15 mins
Ingredients:
- Channa / Konadakadalai / Black channa OR brown channa - 1 cup
- Curd - 1/2 cup
- Chaat Green Chutney - 2 tbsp
- Sweet Chaat Chutney / Tamarind Date Chutney - 2 tbsp
- Omapodi - Plain Sev - 1/4 cup
- Boiled potatoes - 1 medium size
- Tomato - 1 medium size
- Onion - 1 medium size
- Carrot - 1/2
- Mango - 1/2
- Roasted Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chaat masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Soak the channa/ kondakalai / black channa or brown channa overnight.
- In a pressure cooker cook the channa and potato for 3 - 4 whistles.
- Wash and finely chop the tomato, onion, mango and keep aside.
- Grate the carrot and keep aside.
- Once channa cooked remove from the cooker and filter the water.
- Smash the potato well.
- Now take a serving plate or bowl, put the channa.
- Topping on the top start with curd, roasted cumin powder, red chilly powder, onion , tomato, smashed potato, mango, carrot , omapodi / sev, green chutney and sweet chutney.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the yummy channa chaat.
