Dry Fish/ Nethili / Karuvadu Fry Recipe:

Here is an authentic south Indian recipe for see food lovers...It is very easy to prepare with less ingredients..

Ingredients:


  1. Dry fish / Nethili ( use any kind of dry fish)   - 1 cup 
  2. Chilli powder                                              - 1tsp
  3. Green Chilly paste                                       - 1tsp
  4. Rice flour or Corn Flour                              - 2tsp
  5. Turmeric Powder                                         - 1/4 tsp
  6. Few curry Leaves
  7. Salt to Taste

Method :
Take all the Ingredients

Soak the dry fish in water for 30 min then wash the Dry fish 

Mix the dry fish in spices

Marinate for 10min

Heat oil in a pan

Put the marinate dry fish in a oil and cook them in medium flam

Cook well on both sides
