Mushroom Salna:

Mushroom salna is quick, aromatic and delectable recipe. This recipe is easy to cook and it makes a wonderful combinations with tandoori rotis , naan and chapatis.
Mushroom Salna

Ingredients:


  1. Mushroom                    - 200g
  2. Onions                         - 2
  3. Tomatoes                     - 2
  4. Ginger- Garlic Paste      - 1tsp
  5. Oil                               - 2tsp
  6. Salt to Taste
  7. Few Coriander leaves

For Saute & Grind :


  1. Coconut                       - 10 pcs
  2. Green chilly paste         - 1 tsp or Green chilly - 2
  3. Fennel Seeds                - 1 tsp
  4. Pepper                         -1/2 tsp
  5. Cumin Seeds                - 1tsp
  6. Cinnamon                    - 1
  7. Cloves                         - 2
  8. Star anise                     - 1
  9. Oil                              - 1 tsp

Method:

Take all the Ingredients

For Roasting 

Heat oil in a pan, add the roasting ingredients ,saute for few sec

Finally add coconut saute it well 

Cool down the mixture and make a fine paste 

Heat oil in pan ,saute the onion for a min

Add Ginger garlic paste 

Saute it well 

Add the tomatoes, fry till it turns mushy  

Add the mushroom , don't fry mushroom more than 1 min

Mix well 

Add the grind paste  and stir well

Add 1 1/2 cup of water and salt 

Lets boil for 10 - 25 min 

Turn off the switch add the coriander leaves

Delicious Mushroom salna is ready to serve.
