Red chilly Paste :

Red chilly paste is a homemade chilly paste made with red chilly in water. This red paste can be used in making a variety of dishes. And we can store in refrigerator for 2 months.....


Ingredients : 

Method : 1

  1. Red chilly - 100 gms 
  2. Salt - 1 tsp
  3. Water - 1 glass

Ingredients :

  1. Red chilly - 100 gms ( For Spicy )
  2. Kashmir Red chilly - 100 gms ( For Color )
  3. Salt - 1 tsp
  4. Water - 1 glass

Note :

  • Also Use 2 tsp Vinegar . It will give thick red Color ( Optional ) 

Red chilly Paste

Method : 1

  1. Boil 1 glass water and add red chilly
  2. Boil for 15 mins and cover with lid 
  3. In between mix it gently 
  4. Let it cool down
  5. Put into a blender add 1 tsp salt and chilly and make a smooth paste

Red Chilly and Kashmir Red chilly Paste

 Method : 2

  1. Boil 1 glass water and add Both red chilly
  2. Boil for 15 mins and cover with lid 
  3. In between mix it gently 
  4. Let it cool down
  5. Put into a blender add 1 tsp salt and chilly and make a smooth paste
  6. Don't forgot to Keep in a refrigerator after using
  7. Store paste in glass or plastic bottle
