Red chilly paste is a homemade chilly paste made with red chilly in water. This red paste can be used in making a variety of dishes. And we can store in refrigerator for 2 months.....
Ingredients :
Method : 1
- Red chilly - 100 gms
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Water - 1 glass

- Red chilly - 100 gms ( For Spicy )
- Kashmir Red chilly - 100 gms ( For Color )
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Water - 1 glass
Note :
- Also Use 2 tsp Vinegar . It will give thick red Color ( Optional )
Red chilly Paste
Method : 1
- Boil 1 glass water and add red chilly
- Boil for 15 mins and cover with lid
- In between mix it gently
- Let it cool down
- Put into a blender add 1 tsp salt and chilly and make a smooth paste
Red Chilly and Kashmir Red chilly Paste
Method : 2
- Boil 1 glass water and add Both red chilly
- Boil for 15 mins and cover with lid
- In between mix it gently
- Let it cool down
- Put into a blender add 1 tsp salt and chilly and make a smooth paste
- Don't forgot to Keep in a refrigerator after using
- Store paste in glass or plastic bottle
