Spicy and tasty bhuna egg dosa.....

Bhuna Egg dosa
Cooking Time : 5 Mins
Ingredients :
- Idly / Dosa Batter - 1 cup
- Bhuna Masala - 1 tbsp
- Egg - 1
- Onion - 1 ( Finely chopped)
- Few coriander leaves
Method:
- Heat dosa pan and take a ladle full of dosa batter and spread it thickly in circle shape.
- You can make the dosa either thick or thin .
- Drizzle oil or ghee and cook in low medium flame.
- Take 1 tbsp of Bhuna Masala and spread it thickly in circle shape.
- And break the one egg and spread over the dosa.
- Now add the finely chopped onion and coriander leaves.
- Apply some oil to the edges.
- When dosa cooked dosa both side, remove it from the flame.
- Serve hot.
