| Carrot Chutney |
Ingredients:
- Carrot - 1 cup
- Onion - 10pcs
- Tomato - 1
- Garlic - 4pcs
- Ginger - 1 small pcs
- Channa dal - 1 tsp
- Tamarind - 1 small pc
- Oil - 1tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1tsp
- Few curry leaves
- Salt to taste

| Heat oil in pan, add channa dal .red chilies, garlic and curry leaves saute it for min |

| Add onion saute till it turns brown color |

| Add Tomatoes fry well |

| Add carrot saute it well |

| Saute the carrot until raw smell goes |

| Transfer all the ingredients to the mixer and grind along with mixer ginger, tamarind pc, salt and required water |
